Information for Librarians

We recognise that, as a librarian, you are key to the purchasing and management of many of the resources we publish. We’ve tried to make life easier for you by bringing together the information you might find useful here, as we know that you never have enough time!

We publish seven social science journals: Journal of Poverty and Social Justice, Policy & Politics, Evidence & Policy, Voluntary Sector Review, Families, Relationships and Societies, Critical and Radical Social Work and Journal of Playwork Practice. Find out how to subscribe to our journals here.

We are rapidly expanding the number of titles we publish as eBooks and the channels you can buy them through. Find details of vendors on our ebooks page

You can also browse all our books and journals using the links above.

We would welcome your feedback or comments on any aspect of our work, including ideas for any other information you’d like to see here – please email pp-info@bristol.ac.uk.

Portico

Our journals are now available in Portico which provides a permanent archive of electronic scholarly journals in the event of loss of access to online resources. Libraries will have campus-wide access to archived content when specific trigger events occur and titles are no longer available from us or our online journals host Ingenta.
